What I'm Building
Three systems with validated demand, each targeting a market where regulatory requirements are creating urgency:
Automated compliance assessment and documentation for enterprises whose AI outputs reach EU markets. The 2026 enforcement deadline is creating real urgency — most enterprises have no tooling in place.
Building on the St. David's triage assistant prototype to deliver a scalable, HIPAA-compliant patient flow platform that connects labs, front desk, and clinical teams in real time.
Expanding the ACC gamification platform into an institutional dashboard for community colleges — tracking student progress, frustration signals, and intervention triggers across departments.
Why Now
Enterprise AI adoption is accelerating, but two blockers consistently slow deployment: regulatory compliance and system integration with legacy infrastructure. I've built production systems that solve both — at St. David's Healthcare, at Austin Community College, and at ZenvitalAI.
Austin is a strong base for this work. I'm embedded in the local AI ecosystem — attending roundtables, collaborating with ACC on student entrepreneurship, and building relationships with healthcare and compliance teams that most engineers only read about.
What I'm Looking For
Strategic partnerships and early-stage investment to accelerate deployment of the compliance and healthcare platforms. I'm not looking for a technical co-founder — I'm looking for partners who understand the enterprise sales cycle and have relationships in healthcare or regulatory markets.
